Hey! I'm Glad You're Here.

This podcast sets out to explain why our 20's can be so confusing. As we transition to becoming 'real' adults, we face particular challenges that may seem like roadblocks, but turn out to be lessons.

We discuss the psychology behind key life experiences, mental phenomena and events that are universal for all 20-something year olds. From imposter syndrome, to the sting of a first break-up, loneliness, rejection and our true identity, subscribe to learn about what research and studies from every area of psychology have to say.

New episodes are released every Friday on Apple podcast and Spotify. Every 4th episode we bring along a friend to discuss their life transitions and what they've learned in their 20-something years of life. We hope to see you around so we can survive this strange period of life together.

The Psychology of your 20s  is hosted by Jemma Sbeg, a mental health advocate and psychology grad living in Sydney, Australia. Topics covered in our first three seasons include the psychology of Imposter Syndrome, break-ups, the 9-5, loneliness and regular guests who discuss their life transitions and what they've learned through the tumultuous times of our 20's.
